The rug you purchase will first undergo a detailed inspection. After its cleanliness and overall condition are checked, necessary repairs and cleaning will be carried out. This process takes a maximum of 3 business days. Your rug will be shipped within these 3 business days.

The answer to this question varies depending on your country and region. However, general estimated delivery times after your product is shipped are as follows:

• USA: 2–5 business days,
• Europe: 2–5 business days,
• Australia: 7–15 business days.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time of your product may be delayed. Please check the location of your order using the tracking number. If you suspect the package is lost or damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Customs duties are a different type of tax than the taxes you pay when purchasing goods.

These taxes are levied by the government of your country, and you will need to pay them if customs duties are applied to your package.

The rug must be returned unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Otherwise, the cost of any damage will be charged to the buyer, and a refund will then be issued.

When carpets are stored, they are folded and stacked on top of each other. Therefore, wrinkles can naturally form on carpets that remain in this way for a long time. These lines will disappear on their own after some use. However, if you want to speed up the process, simply iron the carpet lightly.

Our carpets are made from 100% natural materials such as wool, cotton, and hemp, which have their own natural scent. These materials can easily absorb odors from their surroundings. If you notice an odor in your carpet, airing it out for a day will be enough to completely dissipate the scent.

Our carpets are photographed in a studio environment under white light with professional cameras. If your carpet looks different in your home than in the photo, this is most likely due to differences in lighting.

Yes, minor wear and tear and slight size variations are normal in our vintage wool rugs. We don't perform extensive repairs on minor imperfections to preserve their natural appearance. Due to the natural nature of wool, you may notice color variations, visible knots from the shearing process, or slight size differences in some areas. These characteristics enhance the unique vintage charm of the rugs and can be seen in the detailed product photos. These qualities are not flaws, but rather elements that add to the charm and authenticity inherent in hand-woven rugs.

For daily maintenance, you can use a vacuum cleaner on your hand-woven wool rug. For a deeper clean, we recommend using professional rug cleaning services at regular intervals. Avoid chemical cleaners, steam cleaning, or dry cleaning methods as they may damage the delicate texture of the rug.

Vintage, or semi-antique, rugs are typically 20–100 years old. In contrast, antique rugs are 100 years old or more. While machine-made rugs can wear out over time, hand-woven rugs appreciate in value over time, making them valuable pieces that become even more precious with age and use.
